Imagine you are sitting by a clear mountain stream. The air is pure and clear. Take a deep breath and revel in the feeling of the air flowing into your lungs. Release gently. Feel a slight coolness in the air mingling with the warmth of the sun. Imagine your bare feet on the smooth rocks or the cool grasses. Watch the wildflowers waving in the wind. Perhaps you’d prefer a beach or a forest. That’s ok too. Imagine a beautiful, peaceful, and happy place and just “be” there, in your inner world. Relax. Breathe deeply. Enjoy the "view' or the sensation. Bask in the serenity. Take your time and come back when you please.
While this exercise seems simple – perhaps pleasant but not so meaningful – there is actually great value in your moments of relaxation. When you relax, your field naturally attunes itself to higher frequencies. We can channel our love and healing energy into your field and to help attune your energy to what you desire. In relaxation, your body naturally opens, energetically, and physically to the circulation of blood, lymph, nerve signals, and Divine love.
There are as many ways to relax as there are humans on the planet. You can find peace in meditation, during a quiet walk, or by observing waves on the beach or the stars twinkling in the heavens. You can relax by silently watching a candle flame, enjoying a stroll with your dog, or listening to beautiful music. Some of you find certain activities relaxing – cooking, jogging, skiing, or even playing video games. The ways in which people relax are endless. Only you know what works best for you.
Far from being lazy, when you relax you are deeply connected with the Source of all creation, and therefore open to love, grace, goodness, and guidance.

Relaxation is far different from choosing to numb yourself. Relaxation calms the mind and draws you into the present moment with strong feelings of contentment, appreciation, or bliss. Numbing, on the other hand, intentionally prevents you from feeling.
The actions that induce either relaxation or numbing may look the same. The energy that you bring to the moment is what makes the difference. For example, you can reach for a glass of wine with an intention to drown your sorrows, or you can reach for a glass of wine and be fully present to the experience. You can savor its scent and taste, enjoy its warmth, and revel in the good feelings of relaxation it engenders. In the first case, it is an act of numbing that pinches you off from the higher frequencies; in the second example, it is a mindful act that opens you to higher frequencies.
Likewise, there are children who play video games to avoid unpleasant feelings, and who use the games to numb out. Meanwhile, there are many who play video games because they feel passionate and vibrantly alive with all senses and positive feelings fully engaged. They are intensely present, immersed in a world of intuitive feeling beyond mind, and deeply relaxed. Similarly, you can numb out by watching television. or you can watch and revel in the moment with contentment, and appreciation.
Unless you are consistently happy, passionate, and eagerly engaged in life, there is nothing better you can do to elevate your energy, than to create time each day to enjoy some form of relaxation.

Many still think that relaxing is just a way to temporarily escape the "real" world. Relaxation allows you to naturally tap into the world of energy and good feelings – a world of incredible love, wonder, peace, serenity, harmony, order, and joy that lives just beneath the surface of all you perceive.
Relax more often. Allow your vibration to rise naturally, and therefore draw to you a better and kinder future, all the while enjoying deep peace, and serenity in the here and now.

We will speak today of Mastery. Mastery of yourself in the world becomes the principle that allows you to thrive on the Earth, where discipline and focus are essential. However, this discipline is not in a harsh or strict sense of being, but more from alignment with your Highest Self.
Withdraw your focus from attention to the waves of change going on in the world. Instead, create a deep system of roots and core connections to the world of Nature and the Earth that supports and nourishes you on an energetic level. You will find that this focus will serve you in greater ways than you have known before.
Mastery is made simple when one can stay in alignment with the soul’s highest reality in any given moment. This allows you to be in the center of your being in full awareness, no matter what is going on outside of you.
The integration of Light Frequencies is a process that allows you to become a master of your energy system in this new time of awakening. Awareness of this process accentuates your inner knowing and allows a deeper connection to your Core of Truth to be available in each moment. You are opening doors to new higher frequencies when you integrate the waves of light as they come to you.
Know that as you fully embody these frequencies you become more whole, which allows life to take on more joy. There is an ability to move from your core with more ease and a deeper awareness within your heart as you awaken to the Divine in every moment. This means that you are truly living in your Light Body in a 5th Dimensional world.
Throughout time there have been moments that require you to step into your role as a spiritual warrior. This is one of those times, as you become aligned with your soul at the deepest core of your being, letting that impulse your action in the world. The strength of the warrior also includes the gentle fierceness of Compassion acting as the fire of Truth within you. Wisdom and Love combined with the Power of your center
The decisiveness of the warrior is balanced by the compassion of the heart, thus becoming the centering aspect that supports your mastery on the Earth. Deep humility becomes a core attribute as the warrior recognizes that all is accomplished only through the Will of the Divine. Not my will but thy will be done, as it has been said. Then surrender takes place within the solar plexus as it lets go of self-righteousness. When you do this, a surprisingly calm inner strength is created for you within the balance of Love, Wisdom and Power.
Compassion becomes a balancing agent in your life that can activate your inner gyroscope. Trust that as you set this balancing energy into motion with your intentions, a new way of life unfolds.
Mastery of your emotional and mental components creates your energetic foundation as your alignment with the Higher Focus of Will activates your guidance system for life, then all is truly well.

Your breath is your connection to God. Breathing is the first thing you do when you arrive on the earth, and the last as you depart. Your breath feeds your body and mind the oxygen it needs to exist. Your breath also holds the power to create an expansion in your energy so you can be aware of your link to the Source of all life.
Divine Light is showering upon you at all times and it radiates from within your being to the world around you. This light holds the essence of peace and love. The more you are aware of your connection to this light, the happier you become.
There are times when you may feel alone and in turmoil because of situations in your life. It is at these times that breathing consciously and remembering the light of God will be helpful. When you pray to experience the power of your connection to the Divine Presence, you are opening a door in your mind to allow in more light. The more you open, the more you are flooded with light and love. Remember at these times that your breath is the key to opening this door.
When you breathe in a conscious manner, taking in and releasing balanced breaths, it will compose your energy and allow you to focus on God. Continue to breathe and pray for greater awareness of Divine Presence in your life at all times. Ask to know your oneness with the Divine as you breathe deeply, and anxiety will drop away. It is difficult to be upset when you are breathing deeply and openly.
Part of your anxiousness is caused from breathing very shallow breaths. Your body starts to fear that it won’t receive enough oxygen to live, so taking a few moments to breathe in a conscious way is very reassuring to your body as well as your mind.
As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in the light of God and allowing it to flow into every cell of your being. As you breathe out, imagine that you are releasing everything within you that is not of your highest good. Each breath renews you. As the light creates more clarity and focus, Divine Love brings you peace.
Remember that you are never alone. There are messengers from God in the form of Angels who are available always to bring you peace and guidance. You can call on Divine Light and ask to know personally your guiding Angelic presence. Prayer is always answered. You can ask for what you want to be or to have in your life, knowing that it will manifest in a form that is for your highest good.
You can release to the Angels all that no longer serves you. Then give yourself time to breathe and receive the abundant level of love and wisdom carried by Divine Light.

My love extends from the very depths of my being. It comes forth like a wave and surge of light, embracing you completely to create a foundation beneath you. My love lifts you up so you may bathe in the sunlight, the light of the Creator. When we speak of the light we speak of all vibrations and frequencies of the Creator, every single manifestation of the Creator.
I, Archangel Metatron, bring forth to you a remembrance of your truth. I invite you to recognise within you and upon the inner planes there is a Swell of Truth, a wave, a surge of truth that is coming forth from within your being and from your surroundings. I, Archangel Metatron wish to speak of this Swell of Truth that flows through my being to you, that flows from your being to all and flows from all beings to you. This Swell of Truth is divinely timed. It comes forth at this moment because the veils between the Earth and the inner planes are thin. This also means that the veils between your truth, your essence, who you really are, and your physical reality are thin. There is a great opportunity to recognise now in this moment and this stage of ascension what the truth is and the presence of truth within your being.
Truth is such a general word, it can mean so much and yet it can be the most personal and intimate connection between yourself and the Creator, even realising yourself fully as the Creator, as an embodiment and an expression of the Creator.

Your soul has a yearning for truth, the truth that is already within you that you already know and yet simply need to be reminded of. The truth that you yearn for is a message, an energy, a vibration that is destined to come through your being. Not only will it support you, it will support those around you and will add to the complete puzzle that is being completed by all of humanity at this time. You have a puzzle piece of truth to bring forth to add to the puzzle to create a larger picture. It is important for you to realise that your thoughts, your words, even your feelings are important, especially when connected to the Divine Essence within your being. Especially when connected to the yearning of your soul for the truth within you and your expression, embodiment, and experience of truth on the Earth. Remember that your truth is your unique puzzle piece, no other being will come forth with the same truth as you, maybe the message will the same, however the vibration will be different.
Everyone is creating a key that will open the door to the Creator, to the heavens, to the inner planes, to the manifestation of love and peace and the Creator upon the Earth. Of course, as you create this key, merging it with the keys of all other beings to open the door, you are also opening the door within yourself. It is so important now that you understand what your truth is, realising that it will be different or the same as other people's truth, but it will always be unique. This truth needs to come forth whether it is a message, vibration, sound, feeling, manifestation, or a creation. It needs to come forth through you to complete your soul at this time of ascension because your soul is yearning for the truth, your soul is yearning to move to the next stage of ascension. As you bring forth your truth in everyday life and in every moment of your life you are changing the consciousness of humanity.
When you are born unto the Earth, there is a download that anchors into your being that has been created by generations who have existed upon the Earth. It is a combination of thoughts, feelings, understanding, and knowingness. The download allows you to begin to adapt to living upon the Earth as a baby. It allows you to fast track through your development as a human being for you to achieve what is necessary for your soul. However, the consciousness of humanity that is currently downloading, although it is shifting, holds a great deal of fear, negativity, judgment, and reactions to different things, thoughts, even to objects and to foods. You might call them allergies, an irritation that is downloaded. Each human being uses the download to support themselves. It was designed to support a being as they enter on to the Earth. There is a need to transform the consciousness of humanity, in doing so we transform the download that anchors into babies and that has been anchored into your being still influencing you now. We transform the general energy, vibration and frequency of humanity as a collective. It is immensely important as it removes the fogginess, blockages, baggage especially within the mind, perspectives, and thoughts, allowing a clarity to dawn. Thus, a clearness, open-mindedness, and a confidence to think from the soul rather than from the ego is created. Confidence to be the truth, to not only be the truth but to promote the truth of others will emerge. Therefore, it is important for your truth to come forth and is the reason for a surge, a wave of truth to come forth. The beings on the inner planes, the Creator recognises there is a space like a breath present. A breath that allows a space for the truth to come forth.
There is a need for you to recognise this space, this breath, this opening, acknowledging that there is a Swell of Truth coming forth. How can you recognise this? It is first important to ask yourself:
Do you feel energy flowing through your being? Do you have sensations? Do you see colours? Do you have words of wisdom? Do you feel healing light? Do you simply have a knowingness and understanding that dawns or inspiration? How you experience the Creator is most probable how you will experience the surge of truth. The more you can recognise, acknowledge, and give space for this surge of truth to come forth the easier it will be for you to embody, express and allow it to work with you to create what you wish upon the Earth.
You have anchored the New Earth Ascension Blueprint within your being, you are capable of anything you wish because of this blueprint. It offers to you new opportunities and possibilities. With this surge of truth coming forth, you have a greater alignment with your truth, with the Creator and what you wish to manifest? All that you are required to do is to create space for the truth.
I, Archangel Metatron invite you to achieve this in the coming days. Simply create space and by space, I mean time, maybe even just one minute, five minutes or an hour in your day devoted to connecting with and allowing the Swell of Truth from the Creator to flow through you. Create the space within your surroundings, you may wish to be on your own or with others, but create the space, let it be a space that you recognised as aligned with you and truthful to who you are. In many ways it is like taking a breath, acknowledging that breath before you continue your breathing cycle. In that breath, you open the door, you allow the swell like a wave, like an ocean of truth to flow through you, igniting new things for you. It will also come forth into the reality of the Earth, transforming the consciousness of humanity and adding your puzzle piece of truth to the larger complete whole picture that is dawning.
You are all so very precious and so important to this world. You are the lights on the tree, the candle in the menorah, and the rays of hope that shine brightly in a world where so many beautiful souls are frozen in fear. Your light, your hope, your love, the present of your Presence, and the gift of your positive expectations are the most important things you can share with humanity during your holiday season.
Give yourself a little gift right now. Take a moment, and look deeply at your immediate surroundings to center yourself in this present moment. Breathe as if you could breathe your spirit into your body, just as a hand would slip perfectly into a glove. Now, no matter what your life looks like, no matter what the world looks like, imagine yourself in a life and a world that you love. What would your life look like? Where would you live? What would you do? What would be different upon your earth? Take time to immerse yourself in this fantasy – in a possible future that you, in this moment, are empowering with your focused attention.
Anytime you have a few moments, pause. Center yourself in the moment. Breathe your spirit all the way into your body, slipping in all the way down to your fingers and toes. Then, fully anchored in the present, dream up a beautiful future. Dream of a reality in which your life is filled with love. Dream of a world where there is respect for all beliefs and opinions. Dream of a human race that cares about your Mother Earth. Imagine people hugging, celebrating, holding hands, working on cooperative projects, glowing with health, and honoring one another's differences. Dream about the most amazing life you could be living.
Every time you allow yourself to focus with love on this wonderful future, you give yourself and the world the gift of empowering the essence of that reality. Every time you allow yourself to dream with joy – without reservation, and without worrying about the how or the why or the when – in those moments, you are giving the gift of a beautiful future to yourself and your world.
Allow yourself this year, to experience your holidays through the eyes of a child. Allow yourself to dream of the best possible future, as a child dreams of the presents they will receive during the holidays. Allow yourself to look beyond your pandemic, your vaccines, your politics, your disagreements, your fears and frustrations, and dream of the things that you share as human beings. You all want love. You all want a sense of purpose. You all want health. You all want to feel safe. You all want freedom. You all want mother earth to share her resources for generations to come. Empower that future with your anticipation. Empower your present with your joy. Right here and now you have the power to create a better world. You have the power to empower love.
The rest of the world may take a while to catch up with your visions, nonetheless, the more of you that dare to imagine a kinder world, the quicker that reality will manifest around you. Even sooner, you will manifest a kinder life for yourself, and a life that you love.
You may not perceive subtle guidance as a Force to be reckoned with …YET, but know that powerful guiding energies are working very surely in your life.

A book may fall off the shelf open to a page that answers a question you have contemplated; you are driving and hear on the radio the subject that you are most curious about; or an idea for new work comes to you and suddenly you find people discussing these ideas wherever you go.
These are the guiding achievements that encourage you to pay attention.

Archangel Uriel is the Angel of the Earth and the keeper of the mysteries which are deep within the planet. According to Corinne Heline: "The beautiful Uriel stands guardian over the activities of the summer. The ripening of grain and the floodtide of blossom are under his guidance. He also supervises the Nature Spirits, those fascinating little sprites who inhabit the elements of earth, air, fire and water, and who lend so much to the beautification of all nature.
Nature with all its wonders is the ultimate symbol of creation and creativity; it is the purest source of ideas and aesthetic thoughts, and we are an inseparable part of it. Knowing this will help any artist and scholar. Uriel assists us in experiencing beauty through a heightened sense of appreciation, aids us in finding our true talents and stimulates our creativity and inspiration for artistic expression in its many forms.
Uriel is described as being the swiftest in wisdom of all the Archangels. One of his most important tasks is keeping record of all existing knowledge and of each and every event that is yet to come. He is the great instructor who teaches us that art and study are for experiencing the joy of liberation that comes as wisdom is gained.
Uriel promotes compassion and peace. Most emphatically, he will dispel darkness with light at times when we are feeling depressed, angry, victimized, or confused. At those times, he helps release anger, unforgiveness, and other negative emotions that may be clouding our vision and judgment. In this respect he helps counsellors, teachers and everyone seeking truths, and supports them in the many twists and turns in their spiritual journey.
Uriel is considered the Angel who helps us with natural disasters and is called for to avert such events, or to heal and recover in their aftermath. He is one of the four greatest Archangels, the other three being Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel. Among his symbols are the scroll and the book. He corresponds with the Earth signs, Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. Uriel is often confused with Ariel, the Angel of nature, wild beasts, and courage, who is also credited as the overseer of the earth spirits. They are not stated as equivalents of one another, so it appears they are actually two different angels. However, they are so incredibly similar; it's easy to see why authors of websites, books and journals keep switching around the first letter of their names whenever they feel like it.
