You may wish to begin by focusing on what is important to you. This can range from your spiritual practice to spending time with friends and family to any variety of things. Recognizing what is important to you and focusing your time and attention on those things are part of being centered. This is an ongoing process. What is important to you today may change tomorrow. When you flow and change with this process, you are honoring your Being, and this helps you to remain centered.

You can connect with your inner guidance and the Higher Beings, and you can more easily be aware of their loving presence and calmness.

Dear Ones, acceptance is an essential element for you as you move forward into the new energies. Acceptance for others. Acceptance that your body knows exactly what it needs to do to navigate your ascension process if you take the time to listen to its guidance. Acceptance is how you can finally settle in to the truth that your beingness is more than enough. We understand many of you are seeking structure to feel safe, but the structure you truly seek should be malleable and support your flow and evolution. Control cannot do that. You wish to make things predictable through your control but the only thing that control will always provide is slowly sucking the vibrancy and flow of what you are trying to hold onto.

５Ｄ以上的能量遍及整個宇宙，也就是說５Ｄ以上的能量也遍及整個地球，但是你們要擷取到這樣的能量需要一些客觀的內在跟外在的條件．

地球本身是一個活生生的存活體，祂的某些區域是能量聚集點，大量的接收著宇宙行星間的訊息能量，這些訊息能量有高頻，當然也有低頻率的能量，而我們曾經說過地球是一個進化趨近５Ｄ的星球，所以祂接收５Ｄ以上高頻能量的能力是越來越強，所以祂呈現出來的物質現象是非常鬱鬱蔥蔥，充滿生機的星球．

而地球存在的主要能量聚集點並不是亙古不變的，它會隨著銀河系在宇宙運行位置做改變，

看看你們上一個亞特蘭提斯的文明就可以理解這個道理，那裏曾經是地球的一個絕佳的能量點，足以讓那裏的３Ｄ人類進入更高的次元，但是被人類的集體意識破壞了這一切；而在你們目前這一次的文明中，在過去有許多個能量點，非常富饒，適合人類發展與提升，

Oneness and connectedness are related concepts. They go hand in hand in a way that permeates all of Creation.

Oneness begins with the concept that all of Creation came from the one great Source. The Source energy manifested into the many forms that would be needed for the circumstances and surroundings of each Being. Even though the form in which it manifested varied, each Being and form contained the great Divine Spark of Light from Source.

This helps to bring forth a feeling of Universal Love and connectedness. You recognize and acknowledge that you both carry the beautiful Source energy from which you originated.

It is much easier to avoid confrontation of such emotions. It is a seasoned warrior who can see it, heal it and release it through the process of forgiveness. But you, you dear ones, are the seasoned warriors of both old and future timeliness embodied here now to assist, to lend energy and to heal. You are not alone in this.

Holy, Holy, Holy is this most sacred of moments as the light embodied transcends the darkness and is elevated further up, up into the unknown realms of light. Bliss has been forgotten in this realm but it is returning. The spirit remembers the call for home. Home is coming here within the higher dimensional vortexes that carry the vibration of home and sooth and comfort a weary warrior. Unknown light will be remembered. And yet Gaia will surpass all expectations. Already this has been done. Already the lightworkers have surpassed their own vows of assistance and faith.

Feel the cosmic juice that fills you, that ripples through you into the many, touching us where we sing in the higher dimensional echalons of praise, for in our realm all is praise for all has been transcended. The dark ones are being immersed in light and are being removed. They are being recycled into yet more light and the wounds they made will be healed. The wounds they left will be filled with light, with liquid gold of Source light. (I am seeing cracks in pottery being sealed in gold.)

It is awe inspiring that you are here. It is a holy moment. Master Yeshua said the same. Many masters speak. Few listen. They are returning to offer further wisdom. You will know. There is no superiority.

The higher dimensional energy that you are receiving is opening the way for greater expression of your Divine mission. It is allowing you to rise to higher levels and to carry out your mission at a higher vibratory level.

You are aware that you have a unique set of skills, abilities, and attributes that make you the special Being that you are. You were also given the opportunity to further develop the attributes that would allow you to rise to higher dimensional levels in carrying out your mission.

Adding the consideration of highest good to any quality or task takes it to a higher level.

Not only is the great Creation expanding, you as a Being of Light are evolving to higher levels.

Your Inner Self is the core of your Being. It is who you are at your innermost level. It is the part of you that transcends time and space and goes with you to other realms and incarnations.

It is that part of you where your thoughts, feelings, and intentions reside. They, in turn, influence the way in which your outer surroundings and circumstances manifest.

When your Inner Self matches what you show to others in your Outer Self, both aspects are moving forward together in harmony. The Self you show to others is the same Self you experience when you are by yourself. You move seamlessly from one aspect to another.

Each thought carries a unit of energy. Positive thoughts carry a higher frequency than less-than-positive ones. Usually, a corresponding feeling accompanies a thought, and this amplifies that particular frequency.

Another way to add to this process is to observe circumstances around you and consider how you can improve the situation. Many great leaders and sages throughout the ages have taught this principle, which still applies today.

The opportunities for this type of refinement of your energetic body are limitless. These small acts contribute greatly to the betterment for all. It doesn’t mean you are targeted or not of the right vibration or destined to have that experience time and again. All it means is that you got off the elevator on the wrong floor. You can simply turn around, get back on the elevator, and stay on it until you arrive at the energetic layer you were seeking. Many enlightening human beings find it much easier to give than to receive. This is a major theme that is up for examination and healing so those who are in service can move into the full support that is available for them and they so richly deserve.

Over giving often occurs because the person feels it isn’t safe to receive. Being critical of yourself is a habit that is prevalent in many enlightening human beings. The core of this is wishing to be diligent, to not miss anything that you need to heal or evolve beyond. While the intention is good, you cannot heal or evolve if you are constantly being critical of yourself because your criticism and resistance to self will only keep aggravating the core wound that is looking to be healed.

How can you love and shepherd those aspects of self forward with your love, acceptance, and guidance? Can you commit to doing that as many times as required so that wounded aspect of self can settle into the experience of safe attachment with you?

One aspect of the new energy is the rapidity with which it can be manifested and the need for a higher consciousness to use it most effectively.

Because the higher dimensional energy is vibrating at a higher frequency, manifestation occurs more rapidly. This will affect your Energetic Signature and your ability to access the higher dimensional energy. This will, in turn, affect the quality and vibration of your manifestations. The higher the frequency of your Energetic Signature, the higher the frequency of energy you will be able to access. This results in your manifestations being of a higher frequency.

The Divine Balance is at work on all dimensions. Your cosmos, solar system, and planet are always in a state of expanding and contracting. Unmanifested energy comes forth to create new stars and universes, while other stars and universes return to a state of unformed energy that is ready for new creation.

You release the energy that you had devoted to your previous hobby, and it is now ready to be re-patterned into a new interest.

The key is to remain alert and aware so that you can make adjustments as needed. It is a dynamic balance rather than a fixed point.

Another type of Divine Balance within the individual is that of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine. Each Being has both aspects. While one aspect will be predominant in an individual, both aspects are there and need to be honored. Each aspect has certain qualities. For the Divine Masculine, this may be strength, courage, and mental aspects. For the Divine Feminine, Love, compassion, and intuition may be in the forefront. Being aware that you carry both aspects and nurturing those qualities can help you remain in balance.

New perspectives may be presented in a variety of ways, ranging from what you read or hear to inspiration from your guides and teachers. When you remain aware of the shifting energy, you can more easily evaluate the new information you have received. Many packets of higher dimensional Light are continuing to reach your planet. Each packet contains highly refined Light that can lift your vibration to a higher level. They are offering you an opportunity to move forward on your spiritual path.

Pausing to focus on the breath can help you bring your attention back to the present moment. Taking a few breaths mindfully can be a great asset in this process. As you gently breathe in and out while focusing on your breath, you will become more centered, relaxed, and focused. Then when you return to your previous task, mindfully focus on being attentive to what you are doing at the present moment.

The higher frequency of Universal Love expands this desire of highest good to include all Beings and all of Creation.
